synergy already exists between wave and wind power, as well as other marine and industrial technologies (fresh water, aquaculture, hydrogen, The mastery of natural forces and the discovery of primary sources, from wood first and gradually to oil, have allowed humanity to drastically multiply the only strength it originally had, namely its muscular strength or that of domesticated animals.<\/p><p>The energies, often associated with water, the life blood of humanity, are therefore logically at the source of all industrial development.<\/p><p>Unfortunately, this technological boom finds its limits when the primary resource is finite and non-renewable, such as hydrocarbons and, at the same time, their rampant and polluting use has dramatic consequences for the environment.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Hence the growing interest of the industry for renewable energies, in particular marine energies, <\/strong> which are inexhaustible, clean and less dangerous in their exploitation.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Another important corollary is the distribution of energy on the places of decentralized production and therefore <strong> with the minimum possible transport costs, which also feature LOCAL marine energies <\/strong> because of the historical distribution of the populations on the littoral vicinity, as shown above.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5f4e90f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" and exploitable global potential.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Conseil_mondial_de_lnergie\" target=\"_self\"> World Energy Council <\/a> (*) has estimated at 10% the theoretical amount of annual global electricity demand \ncould be covered by wave energy<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">(including 40 <abbr class=\"abbr\" title=\"terawatt-hour per year\"> TWh \/ year <\/abbr> for metropolitan France alone).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-089571b
